Over in Plus Concept , I feel at HOME .... A safe place to work , interact and the energy here is BLISS. Everyone here seemed not to know each other , but somehow, everyone feel connected . Lots of respect around with no judgement , prejudice nor sub-standard treatment. Honestly , this is my first time in a shared office with people from different businesses. I used to have my own office space and as far as table space is concerned, I was having a space when I was in property company. And seriously ,this place is really cool.

+Concept has everything going for it. It's centrally located in a charming little street surrounded by great amenities : printing companies, banks, post office and stationary shops, all within 5 minutes walk. Not to mention the great eateries where one is constantly spoilt for choices. However away from the hustle and bustle the office is an oasis of peace. It is very well maintained, and if I may say spotless! We never felt want of anything and Markus had been most pleasant to deal with. He couldn't be less intrusive while more accommodating. We eventually had to leave the oasis in search of our own office space. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet co-sharing space that is highly affordable and that runs efficiently.

I have found the plus concept working space on Purvis Street the perfect environment to get things done. It’s generally quiet and has all the infrastructure I require. The building has character and I feel connected to the area’s rich history. A wide variety of excellent lunch options nearby also helps.

The central location, good rates and choice of office size were all factors in Plusconcept. The area has been well looked after by the very down to earth, helpful and flexible landlord. I highly recommend Plusconcept to any SME trying to set up in a centralized location

Markus provided the best possible rates and service for my start-up business space. He is very knowledgeable about doing business in Singapore and offers more than just a space to start up a business.

He's been very resourceful with his advice and insight into become a successful business owner in Singapore.
