In case you don't require a mailbox anymore, we will be sad to see you go, but make the process easy for you. Please note if you that we do offer monthly plans as well, in case you are uncertain about the period.

Fill out the form #F11 to get the process rolling. (If you signed up via our website here you can just log in and cancel your account)
#2 IMPORTANT ACTIONS
♵ YOU HAVE A 15 DAY GRACE PERIOD FROM YOUR PLAN END DATE TO HAVE CHANGED ALL MAIL FORWARDING TO OUR ADDRESS. ALL OFFICAL REGISTRATIONS UNDER THE ADDRESS HAVE TO BE CHANGED, AS WELL AS THE USE OF THE ADDRESS ON ANY WEBSITES.
♵ DUE TO LEGAL IMPLICATIONS THERE WILL BE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES IF WE STILL RECEIVE OFFICIAL MAILS1 AFTER THAT PERIOD OR THE ADDRESS IS BEING USED FOR REGISTRATIONS OR MARKETING.
♳ ANY UNCLAIMED LETTERS AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE EXPIRATION DATE WILL BE DISPOSED.
♳ DUE TO LEGAL REASONS ANY AUTHORITY LETTERS1 WILL BE RETURNED TO THE AUTHORITIES WITH A NOTIFICATION OF UNAUTHORIZED USAGE.
1 AUTHORITY MAILS are anything from ACRA, IRAS, CPF and govenrment organizations. OFFICAL MAILS are all bank statements, utility bills, invoices, lawyers mails etc. SPAM or advertising mails will be disposed or returned to sender and are not chargeable.
