MAILBOT: Forward

By responding to our MAILBOT with FORWARD, you can request to have mailings forwarded to your address. We use your registered address unless otherwise requested. You may post the forward address into the FORWARD response to make sure.

We have several postal runs per week. 

For very urgent request you can always request a scan.

Handling charges and postage charges apply according to your plan.

Request for courier or registered mail if you need tracking ability.

NOTES
- For the first request please confirm the address to be on the safe side.
- We will send mails by regular mail local or airmail international. Please do let us know if you like to request tracking or registered mail or other arrangements. Different charges may apply.
- We make sure the items are franked & addressed & sent properly. Then sending and delivery times will be up to the postal services, which we have no influence on or detailed knowledge.

Important: We take care of the proper send of of the items and prepay the postage and delivery fees, hence they are payable to us under any circumstances. Plusconcept/Myposte is not and cannot be resposnible for the postal service / courier service performance.
